Inside this membership, you’ll get step-by-step training, expert support, and peer accountability to help you build community systems that run smoothly on their own.

If you’re spending more time managing your Circle operations than engaging your members, you’re not alone.
Most community builders struggle with:
That’s exactly why Automate Community exists. We'll help you turn chaos into calm with automation systems that do the heavy lifting for you.
Without automation, a typical community can take over 40 hours a week just to manage operations, before you even get to the parts that need real human interaction.
My commitment to you:
Automate Community will help you save at least 100+ hours in manual work within your community. Imagine what saving that time would do for your community’s success (and your sanity!).
Here’s a breakdown of how you’ll create your unique automation system:
(Your focus for week 1 - 3 of your membership)
Running a community often means juggling repetitive tasks that drain your focus and energy.
In your first week, you’ll get clarity on how your community really works, mapping every step of your current member journey against the admin tasks behind it.
You’ll come away witha clear picture of your current systems and a practical roadmap showing exactly where to start automating for the biggest impact, especially in key areas like onboarding and offboarding.
Your toolkit:

When Tom approached me, he was drowning in manual community admin, which was holding up his community's progress.
Together we implemented:
"Stephen is incredible when it comes to community automations! I'm recommending him to everyone"
- Tom Ross (Learn.Community)
(Your focus for month 1 - 2 of your membership)
Those small admin tasks might seem minor, but they quickly add up and drain hours each week.
Over the next 1 to 2 months, you’ll use your initial roadmap as a guide to chip away at these manual processes, focusing on the improvements that bring the biggest immediate relief.
As you tackle those key changes first, you’ll ease your workload and create a smoother foundation for everything that follows.
Your toolkit:

When I started working with Kristina, her organisation was dealing with a variety of tools and manual tasks that made membership management very time-consuming.
Together we implemented:
"Stephen fixed our community and empowered us to manage and improve our systems with confidence."
- Kristina Leroux (Nonprofit Marketing Guide)
(Your focus for month 2 - 6 of your membership)
Now that your key systems are automated, it's time to bring your ideal community experience to life.
Using our planning framework, you’ll expand your roadmap to design how each part of your community should work, from engagement and milestones to feedback and growth.
You’ll then plan and implement your automations until you have a cohesive system tailored to your goals, saving hours each week while improving every stage of the member experience.
Your toolkit:

When Olly reached out, he wanted his Circle community to deliver a seamless experience, from joining and accessing courses to tracking progress across his programme.
Together we implemented:
"We ended up with a fully automated community that was ready to scale. Stephen's a pleasure to work with."
- Olly Richards (Elevate)
(Your focus for the rest of your membership)
With your community system live and running smoothly, you can start pushing beyond your original roadmap and explore custom systems that go beyond Circle’s usual capabilities.
Experiment with advanced automations like matchmaking systems, AI-assisted onboarding and dynamic reward loops, expanding your member experience by inserting custom community features into your set up.
You’ll also build habits of reviewing and refining your existing systems on a quarterly basis to keep things running smoothly, adapting to new needs and opportunities, with the continued support of Stephen and your fellow members.
Your toolkit:

When we first started working together, Livvy was struggling to keep up with onboarding and managing new member intakes for her growing community.
Together we implemented:
"We now have streamlined processes that handle onboarding with ease. Automations will change your life!"
- Livvy Merry (MicDrop Community)

Your membership runs for 12 months and renews annually, giving you continued access to guidance, workshops and community support. Each year builds on the last, so whether you’re just starting or refining advanced systems, you can keep growing your automations over time.
Expect to spend around 5 to 10 hours a month, depending on how much you want to automate at a time. During the first few months, you’ll likely be more hands on as you adjust your core systems. After that, the pace becomes more flexible, and you can focus on refining, experimenting or adding new automations as your schedule allows.
Your results will depend on the time and effort you put in. Members who actively follow the roadmap and apply what they learn typically save over 100 hours of manual work by building a complete automation system that runs smoothly. Most start seeing big wins within the first few months as they automate onboarding, offboarding and other key member interactions, freeing up time to focus on growth and engagement instead of admin.
No you don’t need coding skills or a technical background. You’ll work mainly with tools you already use in your community, and we’ll only introduce new ones when they make sense for your roadmap. With guidance and support from Stephen and other members, you’ll learn how to connect everything together using no-code tools that make sense for you to use like Zapier, Make and Circle Workflows. By the end, you’ll have automations running confidently and the know-how to keep building more yourself.
You’ll need at least the Circle Professional plan, as it allows you to connect your community to tools like Zapier. If you want to use extra features such as Circle Workflows, Profile Fields or Webhooks, you may need to upgrade to a higher plan. We’ll always start by using the tools you already have and adapt automations to fit your current setup, adding new tools only when they’re genuinely needed for what you want to build. As you develop your roadmap plan, you’ll clearly see when and if you’ll need to introduce new tools or upgrade your plan to support your community vision.
The membership costs £499 per year as a special founders offer. Future new memberships will increase in price, but if you join now, you’ll keep this founders rate for as long as you remain a member. Your annual access includes all workshops, community spaces, accountability check ins and direct support from Stephen, all designed to help you save far more time and effort than your investment.
If you don’t save at least 100 hours of manual work after implementing your full roadmap, you can request a full refund. To qualify, you’ll need to show that you’ve actively followed your roadmap, sought help when needed, implemented feedback, taken part in sessions and built automations based on the guidance provided. This ensures the guarantee recognises genuine effort while maintaining the integrity of the programme.
